Every year, this month heralds the outbreak of Bird Flu in many parts of the world. The World Health Organization [WHO] has issued strict guidelines for those travelling o Bird Flu hit countries like Cambodia. It has been reported that a a 11 year-old girl died due to this deadly infection. Therefore, open farms and poultries should be avoided completely.
